Well I'm a girl too, but I do know a lot about my truck. I do most of my own work that I'm physically capable of. I also have an old '53 f100 that I'm restorodding. I drag race my truck any chance I have and I do know a few other female lightning owners here in TX.
As far as dressing your truck up I think that is a very personal choice and all depends on what you want to do with it and what you like. Female or male opinions I don't think matters. All that matters is that you like it.
BTW in general I prefer to not mention that I'm female on car/truck boards. I prefer to discuss trucks etc instead. Being female is not something I think matters in the context of the board.
