What Is The Difference Between Factory Ported Plenum And The New C&l Plenum

What would be the difference between C&l plenum and a factory polished and ported plenum is it the size of the C&L plenum any ideals on this thanks

Who sells ported plenums? Or are you talking about self-porting one?
