Why did you decide to go with a 4.6 instead of the 5.4? All that I can think of is that the 4.6 revs much higher (I think 6800 RPM's). Pic looks awesome.

air1kdf, yes more and faster RPM's(7500) and probally more durable.SHM has over 250 1/4 m runs on one of his 1500hp 4.6 turbo set-ups with no maintance.9500rpms. Ed

built right you can rev it 9000 rpm'd easy.

i'm planning a 5.4 block right now that will see every bit of 8,000 rpms. it's all a matter of what your willing to spend.

btw anre't you going intercooler? Should get a IC for that and refab intake?

Intercooler

Unoid, I am intercooled. 03 Cobra lower w/ intercooler. I have my stock intercooler tank in the very back of bed with 1inch lines a extra 12v pump. I took off AC and run the intercooler coolant through stock heat exchanger and AC condenser. I think I'm covered. Ed
