Thought the pit turn was a track, next thing I know, 12s club. :)

Had a great day hanging out with everyone today at Cecil for SSOTN drags. When I first show up, I was told that NO, the CURVE IN THE PIT ROW IS NOT A CHICANE by Vinnie! hehe... guess that's what happens when road racers show up. :P

Made my first ever 12 second passes on my JDM-SCT "street" tune...thanks Jim! Now I just need to learn how to use these slicks correctly, lol...(as Vinnie laughs at my "burning out like a sissy" attempts).

The best of which was:
R/T .281 (doh!)
60' 1.961 (doh #2!)
1/4 12.937
MPH 107.45

Thanks for the tips on burnouts and slicks launching Vin, Sal, Joe and Fred.

Congratulations my friend.

How much does that cover weigh? Take that off and you may see some more shaved off on your time.

Eng perf wise:

SCT tune (street)
Ported upper plenum
Port matched single-blade TB to plenum
90mm MAF w/PowerPipe
JDM Full exhaust (LT's, highflow cats/muffs & x-pipe)
4lb Pulley

I've got a boat of suspension/brake stuff, but that's for road track, not strip.

NCsvt - yeah, my truck is a bit of a weight pig, but I'm not that worried about it, I run the strip for fun to hang out with the guys. The lid weighs about 127lbs, but it is a PITA to take on/off.
