Magnaflow Mid-Pipe with Stock Cat-Back

I'm trying to get the exhaust worked out on my Lightning and I think I've decided on what to do. My stock mid-pipes were butchered up by the previous owner by cutting/rewelding/cutting again/rewelding again and so on. So rather than try to find a stock mid-pipe in good condition, I've decided on a Magnaflow Mid-Pipe connected to my stock cat-back. How do you think this will sound? Any power gains? Thanks for any input.

When I added the Magna midpipe/hi flows to my Bassani catback... I actually lost a little low end torque.

However it sounds stock, the midpipes will make it deeper and louder... Im bettin it will sound pretty good without being too obnoxious.

Same dyno, same tune... only diff was midpipes and hiflows.... and the temps were much colder the 2nd visit... torque was off by 15 ft lbs. Horsepower was up 21, probably due to the colder air.
