Almost Any 5.4 Shorty Header will work on the Lightning. and there are some inexpensive ones out there.

For Long tubes they get real expensive.
Bassani,
REM,
JDM,
And a bunch of others.

Have fun installing them. PITA

my opinon, dont waste your time with shorty headers.they didnt do anything for my mustangs and didnt do any better on my truck.buy a good set of long tubes and save your self the troubel of putting long tubes on later.are they worth the money, only you can decide.performance doesnt come cheap.myjdm long tubes fit well, sound good.and i picked up about 2 tenths in quarter mile.

Headers

Forget shorty's on our torque laiden trucks. Just go for the longtubes, whatever brand you choose, you'll be happy with them in the long run.

The LT are great and I love the sound. When I go to the on track events at Texas World Speedway my truck sounds better than anything on the track. The side pipes hitting the wall down the front stretch sounds like a cup car. One thing wrong with long tubes is the cats. I'm not sure anyone make them that will last any time at all. Mine (karsounds) were gone in 15,000 miles!
