hmm

would insurance cover something like that???? Where the air bags deployed. Those things are expensive as hell as we all know.

HI!... That's why I will NEVER run a ALUMINUM driveshaft. I replaced my 3" factory steel driveshaft with a race built 4" steel driveshaft. It was built and designed to hold 1400H.P. I don't think I'm going to break it any time soon. lol!

why did that happen? is your truck heavily modded? Is that something somone with a stock Lightning should be concerned about?

Someone from my insurance is comming on tuesday to look at it.
I took the truck to the ford dealership and no one had ever seen that happen. The airbags are expensive! Does any one know about the seatbelts? There stuck and i heard there is something that goes off and tightens them and they lock.

hmm

something on your truck broke which cause the airbags to go off. Did the truck do a "pole vault"?? That may be what caused it. If that's the case, it may be hard to get insurance to cover it. Plus the deductable and increase in your insurance may not be worth the claim. Good luck.

it broke from the back. I just rolled to a stop. There was no pole vaulting.
