Flame Thrower

Did anyone see the kit out that will make your exhaust throw out a 20' flame. Thought it might be good to cook the paint off the guy next to you

you should be able to find them in the hot rod mag's.

I would be afraid of cooking my own piant?

They suck to be behind in traffic, great crowd pleaser though.
I'd check for legalities, on using them outside of parades, shows, Etc.

From my experience you would have to remove all the cats with fuel injection. I was bored one day and decided to do a little research and made my own kit. Pretty easy to do with a little thought.

If anyone is interested and wouldnt know where to begin let me know.

No, you can do it that way and you should be able to still use cats. Mine is just un-burned fuel. It wont shoot 20' as someone on here posted. It will shoot 5-6' flames though. I believe propane will shoot a little further. I couldnt imagine though. 5' is plenty

Most people just install a spark plug in each tailpipe hooked to a switch.

I see lots of modded EVO and DSMs at the local 1/4mi that just plain shoot flames when they're getting ready to launch, no plugs or trickery. Sounds like they're backfiring the whole time, maybe they are.... ? Looks pretty cool though.
