What makes TQ.

I see so people with high hp not much more tq...then I see some people with low hp making very big tq whats up with that?

I run My truck PIG RICH 10-10.5 at WOT; make a but load of torque; and only lose a little Hp; yea I can lean it up and make more power and change plugs more often; but hey; more room for error and my truck likes it fat
