You might try flushing it out first. Maybe something got down in the impeller and it's stuck?
If not then you might try www.fordpartsonline.com

I noticed a while back that it wasn't circulating the coolant as fast as it did when it was brand new.

Could this mean theres something in the system causing the coolent to flow slower than normal???

I'm not sure man. I also have a JL powercooler in the bed.
But I remember it flowing quite fast after the install. Now it doesn't flow.
I'm gonna yank it out this weekend. I have been planning on flushing the radiator anyway, might as well do both.
How many gallons does the intercooler & radiator system take?
Also, is there a more powerful pump for our intercooler out there? or would that be detrimental to our intercooler setup? (ie: not give the water sufficient time to cool in the intercooler radiator?)
