Precision Industries A TRUE CLASS ACT

Just a quick little not that I feel is worth mentioning. Lost one of the bolts that comes with the precision converter during a tranny swap out AGAIN (which is broke still and was never fixed). Well during that swap some how 1 bolt went missing so I looked and looked all over and coulding fine that pattern so I called up precision wanting to buy one and Jack said I'll send ya one don't worry about it. Now I thought that was a hell of customer service call when you know most people would atleast charge you for the shipping if not the bolt and shipping. So I get the package today and inside is a brand new set of 6, nice. I know its not alot but its service like that which keeps me a happy customer and keeps me coming back.

Now if I could just find a transmission that wouldn't break after 5 miles.

Who's this diesel guy who makes transmission? If your out there and you want a real challenge let me test one of your trannies, I've gone threw more trannies on the street (no strip)then anyone on this board and I'm not even making insane amounts of power. HAHAHAHA 3 stockers and 3 monster boxes so far and my trucks got 42,000 miles on it. Granted the last 3 have been complete flukes or so I've been told, bag sprag on the first monster box, bad pump on the second and now another bad pump on this latest one (not really it just never got fixed the last time, still a little POed about that one).

Greg I hope you read this, I'm still waiting for your response to my email.

Could it be that because Greg isn't hand building them anymore, they
started to have some quality issues? I know you bever heard
as much as a peep outta customers before.

Hey Joey..........

Glad to see your still in a Lightning and didn't go the dark side. While Greggs trans where the **** in Lightning trans, there has seem to be a laspe in quality since he has grown. Now that the trans can be built in some shop, using his parts, there has been quality questions.

Don't know about anyone else, but when its time for me to upgrade my trans, I'll make the trip to Greggs neck of the woods and camp out in a motel, until the job is done.
