JLP ram air rubbing/ how to relocate

I know someone has relocated their ram air. How do I do it and where can I relocate to? The downtube is rubbing against my wheel.

What are my options?

Did i mention that I have 20" HRE's. Dante installed it.

Double check the holes on the mounting bracket. Mine rubbed on my Blackwood until Johnny looked at it & told me it was on the wrong hole. Switched to the one he said & have had no rubbing since.
