parts all over - need help - what goes here?

Question parts all over - need help - what goes here?

I'm in a bind here. I'm trying to put my engine back together after swapping out SC's. What connects to the piece shown in my pix? It's the part on the right with the blue ring.

Nothing connects to the bottom of it. That's your BAP sensor. All that needs to be connected is the wiring harness. The bottom remains open.

That's the socket for the flux capacitor.

You didn't touch it with your bare hands, did you?

Not JB Welding it. That stuff is like duct tape though. I use it on everything. I had to use it on something I broke the other day and didn't put it away yet. Thanks for the help guys. The oring on it kinda threw me.
