Bad Cat...

I think one of my magniflow cats just took a crap... it's rattling like mad under there. Should I just cut em off and weld in some straight pipe? Anyone have a sound clip of a Bassini cat-back with a catless midpipe and stock manifolds?

Damn things are only 6 months old, if that.

Over at lightningrodder in the soundclips area I've posted a pretty decent vid of my exhaust. with cats and w/o cats. (bassani mid pipes)

It gets A LOT louder w/o the cats. The vid I made does'nt do it justice but you can get a feel for how much louder it is.

Well yes I just happen to know where you can hear that

First Sound File is what you want, 1st 1/2 is stock man's + spintech,

2nd 1/2 of the file is the set up you want to hear (I think ?)

Stock cast iron manifolds
Stainless steel Bassani 2.5" off road mid pipes

Hope the link works ???

Thanks guys... I guess Ill just save some dough and weld in some straight pipe rather than replace them. It was already pretty loud with the hi-flows... I guess a little louder wont bother me! (May bug the **** out of the neighbors though.. lol)
