Umm, is it me or does that plate in the middle look like something the I/C would connect to?

So it only took 6 months to go from two weeks out to only one week away. Cool.

what machining needs to be done to the inlets? I really hope this is true and not an attempt to get get people to wait a bit longer, I have a deal setup to purchase a used magnum if they don't ship.

Thanks for the pics Will. I was told the intake could be removed in the truck for plug changes but not sure how easy that will be. Might be easier to pull the blower.

Still interested in a back-to-back direct comparison of the KB versus this Whipple, same truck, same boost, same day, same dyno.

I'd like to know how that plate between the blower and the filter is suppose to work! It just doesn't look like it would fit and work right.

And the inlet seems small in the bend, and the bend seems inefficent.

I'm sure WHipple know what they are going. Since this blower has been around forever!

I can't wait until this is released and comparisons are done. I think there will be a new king of the hill.

Just in time too... I plan on building the motor next winter/spring and need a blower to put on top of it.

And you'll have replaced your KB three times.

doubt it... KB problems are WAY over stated... This whipple will cost $1000 more and won't show any more hp than the KB at the same boost... I am sure that whipple will devise some test to show it does, but I think it will be a completely false claim... Just like their two weeks claim...
