Anyhow, I'm Minga, 22 year old owner of a 99 red Lightning. I love my truck baby. I have to admit though that I know almost nothing about. I saw it when I was 16 and fell in love with it. Finally got one this year.

I just wanted to say hello to everyone.

Minga
Hey Minga,

It was hard letting it go, but I don't need it anyway....too addicting.

I never get that... my windows are tinted so most people don't even see who's driving.

Thanks all for the welcome! I've had my baby for close to two months now, and have yet to spend a dime on it (other than too much on gas!). I plan on getting sprayed in liner and a soft cover. Other than that though, I'm just enjoying it for now.
I have raced, and beat many people. It's freakin' awesome! I get plenty of looks and inquiries, too, as to why I'm driving "a truck like that." LOL. Mostly from men. :P But seriously, it's the best darn vehicle in the world and I never see myself driving anything else ever again. hehe.

I also have seen lots of Ls locally, anyone around me here in Maryland?

Oh, and as for the tribal Superman logo...Superman is my hero! I'm getting that tat'd soon.

Welcome Minga!!!! Like Don's Bolt said get a bedrug don't do a spray in bedliner. If you think your L is awesome now just wait until you get a tune and a 4lber. It's a night and day difference. Not only will you go broke buying gas the tires will set you back a pretty penny as well. But it's all worth it!!

I live in MD, on the eastern shore though. I race at capital raceway every now and then. I think Jason lives in Glen Burnie, his truck is dark grey. Lots of L's up there anyhow, but im not too familiar with them unless they go to the track.
