screwed up big time.....
well so much for trying to clean my intercooler myself.. I disconnected everything, the EGR unit, vacuum lines, belt, electrical connections.. Well I got 4 of the supercharger bolts of which were a pita.. I got to the 5th one and stripped it.. So now I don't know what to do.. I didn't have a torque wrench or air wrench.. I just used a rachet so ... The blower bolts are torqued down so tight that you have to break them loose..Didn't think it would be such a tuff task... I guess now i'll have to put everything back together and find someone at ford to do it for me...
One thing for sure is that I can't say i didn't try...
Thanks to those who gave me the step by step how to info..
I'm just kinda ticked now...I know it's nothing I can do about a stripped bolt

Either way, sorry Bro
I'm getting like a frigging pro pulling the SC, but man I hate dealing with the torquing and re-using gaskets over and over, TG I never had probs with a Bolt, (or head), were you using a 6 point socket ???

I've gotten to where I can do a SC swap in under 30 mins!
