Check out my I/C off my 99

Just pulled the blower off my 99 with 60. I'm trying to find out that stuff you use to clean it; some kind of solvent, not carb or brake cleaner...something else.

From the looks of your IC, I think you need some napalm and thermobaric rounds. Actually I recommend some Sea Foam Green. This stuff did a great job as a cleaning solevent on my 99 IC.

Wow, thats crazy. How hard was it for you to get all that stuff off? Seems like something I should be going.

The cleaning has not started yet; I'm heading out to get the cleaner. I found a good oil seperator in the classifieds that IS going on before the key is turned.

that is the worst one I've ever seen.

You may want to run some toulene and marvel mystery oil through the fuel system to clean up any buildup that has accumulated in there.

I run it once a year to clean everything out.

Thanks l-menace....gooooood tip and will be tried

Tripod

Dude, springs were put in 5 days ago. The change is pretty noticeable. I'm glad I did it. I used a set of drop shackles to lower it 1 1/2" to try and get the rear down a bit. No drive-train vibes, at all.
