I had one of my seams in my tonneau come unraveled... Apparently it was a factory flaw, and dealer told me they would replace it under warranty. They replaced the entire tonneau, including the mounting hardware. It seemed to me that anyone with a nominal amount of common sense would have just replaced the cover itself in that situation. I wouldn't see why you couldn't just get a replacement cover, but the dealership apparently thought it would be easier to replace the entire thing instead of just the fabric.

however, we all know how monumentally inefficient some dealearships can be when it comes to maintenance/warranty work.

I need a replacement one too but for a dif reason. Someone threw a lit cig on my cover and burnt a hole in it so i have taken all of it off for now untill i find a stock replacement cover. So hopefully untill i find one no body steals my nitrous bottle.

You can't get the older grey style from Ford any more. The newer ones are black and a different style.

I have an X-tang or something like that name?
I used it for about 1 year I'll let it go cheap and you pay shipping. I got a bill I have to pay.

Peace,

Suavy

So i guess there is no part number from ford for just the cover? thats never good because there will be more and more needing replaced as time goes on.
