The holes in the bed are quite a bit larger than the bolts, so the location of the bed on the frame varies a lot from truck to truck. Get the right Torx bit to loosen the bed bolts, move it around to where you like it and tighten the bolts.
I wouldn't let a dealer adjust mine. Too many dealer bent, scratched, put 20miles on and there is rubber in the wheelwells, lost my truck threads for me.
I only use them when it is impossible to avoid it.
It is only 6 bolts, just loosen them and push it around till it looks even.
Now that I think about it, it is something to just do at home. I ended up with an ink pen stripe up the side of driver's seat from write-up guy getting in the truck with an ink pen in his pocket......Had to take truck back the second time to get that removed.
