Hey Steven, Sal here. The larger pulley refers to the crank pulley. I am working on an underdrive crank pulley for the truck. It is not wise to attempt to replace the blower pulley on the 112 Eaton, you can damage the snout. Besides, going with a smaller blower pulley will increase the chance of slippage.

Sal, you will be turning the accesories faster with a larger crank pulley, this is call overdriving, the parasitic losses will increase with noted drama. Why not a replacement snout, is this possible?


Sal, about your chip, is it compatable with increased boost, if so, is it spark retard, fuel increase, or both?

Hey Steven, Sal here. The nice thing about the 99 Lightning, is that the supercharger has a seperate drive belt. So changing any pulley configuration on the blower, will not have any effect on FEAD accessories. As for your chip/boost question, I can do a chip that can be used with any combination you may be using.

I've looked at one in the test pool, but other than that, I've not been able to play with on one.
