New Item!!!JDM BIG POWER FUEL SYSTEM

[QUOTE=cfi_luz]I was just wondering why you only went with a -6AN feed line. After going to all the effort that is hardly an upgrade over stock. I'd think you would want to run -6 lines from each pump the filter then at least a -8 line from the filter to the rails. QUOTE]
The -6 line is good enough for us right now, 812 at the tires with a dead flat 11.5 Af speaks for itself. However I know guys are trying to make more than 800 so a -8 might work then. The -6 adds 30% more fuel to the motor so its not hardly an upgrade it is an upgrade. Say a truck makes 620 HP and it runs out of line to support the fuel needed. That means with the -6 line he would be able to support at least 186 more HP.

Actually when I did the -06 line on my truck...I had a chance to pin (measure) the stock fuel line in several places and the smallest diameter I saw was at the coupling from the fuel pump hanger and if I remember right it measured around .176 diameter (ID) The -06 hose has a nominal ID of .340 so it is almost double the diameter of the stocker and that would give it 4 times the flow area.
So you are right... it is a very size-able upgrade.

Well the stock system will support up to 800 but not safley, if you want a one hit wonder truck, not one that makes the power over and over without failure then dont upgrade the lines. Our kit does not come with fuel rails but we suggest our fuel rail kit, no need for an adjustable regulator. The fuel rail upgrade is $239.

We always suggest fuel rails after about 550-600 HP....We use the 97 F150 fuel rails and regulator on all of our big power trucks. Vinnies truck making 700+ at the tire had this exact combo. The JDM Fuel system, 255 pumps, 60# injectors, 97 rails and BA2400. The meter pegged just at about 6K and the fuel system still had fuel! This was at 708 RWHP to the tire probably near 800 to the engine no nitrous

But; that is interesting hearing about what he's trying out. Was he still using the LS1 style coils?
