Good Deal? Things to look for?

Hey guys, im a new member but have read the lightning forum for years. I came across a 1999 Lightning with 63,000 miles and i was just wondering if its a good deal. They want $18,000 for it. Also is there anything i should be aware of when buying it, like engine problems or anything. Thanks for the help guys.

I would not give up on the truck. Offer them what you want to pay and see what happens. I think, it this market, you would be able to get it for around $1500 less. ALWAYS do a Carfax. It's not the greatest; but it does help on certain things. I got my 99 with 60k on it for $15k. But, the bed was scratched to hell and the driver seat has a cig burn. No biggie to fix.
