Power Steering Troubles

Ok, well after driving 250 miles last night I got off the freeway and heard a humming noise! The noise continued until i turned off the engine. I turned the engine back on and drove for 10 miles with no problems. I noticed my power steering was leaking and have not had a time to go under the truck to check it all out. Anyone have suggestions what to look for and where, and of course how to fix it if so. Thanks

Btw, its a 2000 with 52000 miles on it now.

I had to change the nylon o-ring that mates between the metal hose fitting and the power steering pump. I got them from the Ford dealer and paid under 5 bucks that I remember.

God Bless,

i looked under the truck tonight but not into tooo much detail. I was using the bottle jack and i didnt want to be under there for very long. Anyways, i have a lot of leakage where the hose and pump conncects, im guessing all i need is a wrench to take that off right? I will change the seal when i go home again, for now i purchased some of this stuff to hopefully stop the leak....
