Will not be able to go over 115-118mph. Will/should run up and hit revlimiter. The trans still locks in 3 gear, with OD on or off.

The earlier model E40D would give you higher line pressure when you locked out overdrive. You could feel the shift become firmer.

With the new 4R100(what we have) it does not feel like it's raising the line pressure. But I'm not sure. Only thing I do know is that they do not upshift MANUALLY under full throttle. I talked to SVT/SVE and they say not enough complaints for them to do an update. It's a software problem. This is what I was told from the SVE that works on the tranny's. Nice, huh?!!
