THANKS JIM for JDMDAY!!!!!
I know there is already a post for times and such but I would like to thank jim and the crew at JDMs for there hospitality. Julie, steph,Jim Jr,Spector,Craig..
As we are enjoying ourselves these people are making everything go so smooth.
Over the last 5 years this has grown into quite an event. over 100 vehicles easily, the lunch (thats right..Not only did Shawns parents make lunch for the JDM picnic/rainout, they did it again along with dessert. FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!). The line was so big (150 people) that on top of all the food made (and there was a ton) Jim bought 15 pizzas.
They even close shop for the day.
The track was prepped by Ed that works at E-town (this guy knows his *****) and was kept meticulous all day. with consistent cleanings and VHT being applied when needed.
and did I mention the whole day..RACING,FOOD,TRACK PREP WAS FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
The starter is taking donations though.LOL
Thanks again Jim..Can't wait till next year.

Agreed,
There is NO better day of racing ALL YEAR LONG
and no better time of year or oppurtunity "to go for it"
Many personal bests were had this yr, as they were in yrs past
A huge Thanks to Jim / JDM and EVERYONE involved
Although my run was over in a couple of hundred feet, I did manage a 1.5 60ft, and still ran a 11 ON 1 CYLINDER
CONGRATS TO EVERYONE on thier awesome ET's
Although I never got close enough to actually see or eat anything,
I'm sure the food was awesome, as it always is.
Thanks for thinking about you buddy V

He let me borrow his battery when mine ran low as well as a flash card when I ran out of memory (I filled up 2Gigs... lol he was working on filling up 6Gigs) Thanks Andy!
BTW... he didn't use his 400L lens with that he could stand at the finish line and take the same pix I was taking at the tree, lol.

I think I did on my last pass. A few people said that both came off and it certainly felt like it. The first pass in the right lane with Jim D behind the wheel was cool as hell. I got that run on video now I just have to find someone to copy it to a cd or take the still pics off the tape for me.
