at what rpm do you cross the finish line? ive never noticed with 3.73s thanx

 

HI!... With 28 inch tall tires and a 3000 stall, I trap at 4800-5000RPM in 3RD gear.

 

I'm right about where Neal is.

With 4.10 gears and 28" Hoosier slicks And Overdrive OFF, I cross about 5100 give or take a hundred or two rpms.

As soon as i cross I hit the OD button, let it shift into OD and then ease off the gas.

Depends on the run though. With 435/522 on a stock convertor I've run 104-110mph almost 111mph.
