8 days to the Whipples start shipping.....

No I am not starting schitt
And I'm not saying I'm getting one (especially not with my current $ situation)
( I'm going to sell it to Vinnie, he just doesn't know it yet )
But I have been on the waiting list since the list started and that was quite a long time ago, A LOT has changed since then and I have faith in the Mag bringing my new set up into the 10's. But since I'm pretty high up on that waiting list I do get updated, and got this update last night

Rob,
We will be starting to ship kits around the 21st of this month. We will ship kits as fast as we can.
Shonda

--------------------------

The 21st is a week from tomorrow so
FOLKS IT'S OFFICIAL The Whipple is now coming out IN "1" WEEK
ok ok I couldn't resist
So take it for what it's worth, but it sure sounds like some lucky peeps are going to have that puppy on the way to them next week

V you may want to start sending me 1K a week and I'll let you know when you've reached my selling point

I still say pizz on the whipple! Just for the way they treated us like beaten step children. If they are that great, I'll buy one used in a couple years.

I cant agree more Whip

I have A MAJOR PROBLEM on how they have CONTINUED to lie to ALL OF US
"time after time after time". I can post e-mail after e-mail of them telling "me" next week, next month, DEF BY, bla bla bla. They should have been honest and said, SORRY the current set back of Rotors will hold up the release of the Whipple for up to 1 year (or whatever)

All I'm doing here is saying folks it FINALLY appears it is going to happen,
and now it's 8 days away. They just said that, if they don't start shipping next week I'd say we have a real frigging problem with trust from this point foward....

Rob

At this point, obviously the Mag can put trucks into the 10's.

Why not just throw the whipple on your truck, sell the Mag and be done with it. Don't make the same mistake twice. I just hate to see you still not where you want to be with the Mag and want a whipple and can't get one.

Make more power at less boost levels and less heat.

Either that, or get it and put it on ebay to make a few extra bucks!!!

If you don't have the cash, hand Jr a rake and tell him to start heading around the neighborhood door to door cleaning leaves!!!!

Rob, I know I have been out of the game for a year or so, but what is soooooo special about this "Whipple"? Does it compare to a Kenne Bell?

Thanks

D-Day

Hey don't shoot the messenger
I'm only posting the facts.....
WOW has the Shonda bashing started already

Dan the KB has always been King but people like to have choices. Many have gone Turbo and they're showing amazing results, Sal put down over 800/800 all motor, then a Brother here ran 10's on a stock block, (expect to see a lot more Turbo's soon). However with V recently putting down that string of (20) 10"s in a row, and some dam nice ones at that, (multi 10.5's and 6's) this Whipple may just end up giving people a nice easy bolt on option for achieving quite the little mid 10 sec Beast. And remember if you can do that all motor, 9's are only a spray away....

Tallimeca when I went on that list quite some time ago I had all intentions on getting one when the day came, but a lot has changed since then, my Mods have increased, we've seen Mag's put it down now, and Jim knows how to make these Mag's Rock. Plus with the new Heads Cams and Springs I feel I'll be right where I want to be "just the way I am".

When you are sliding down the sinkhole, what's another $3300 (minus $1000 selling the MP)..

Shonda I believe is Art Whipples daughter and I doubt she deserves to be called a ho.

Agreed

Shonda has been extremely helpful and she's kept us up to date on whats been happening. Ok we were lied to a million times but god knows that WAS NOT her decision.
