my turn, just got back from dyno

Just got back form Troyer dyno tune day in Salem VA. Here's my dyno graph. This pull was on my mail order tune and he had it spot on. He's going to do a few tweaks to it but pretty much leave the A/F where it's at to keep the torque up. This is my 93 octane race tune.

399.27 HP 470.31 tq

Truck was getting hot as this was the 3rd of 3 back-to-back pulls. First pull was street tune and it went 392/463, 2nd pull was aborted due to 2nd gear kickdown. Truck would have easily made over 400 if we'd let it cool down. It will pull a little more hp bringing the A/F up but I don't want to sacrifice any torque.

What do you guys think?

Running Autolite AR94 plugs and they idle smooth as a baby's butt God this thing screams with the 4lb and port. Now I've got to get to a track to see how deep into the 7s (1/8th) she'll go

I think it's great to see that kind of power with such a fat A/F
Nice and strong in the lower RPM's, and really fat up top

CONGRATS Sammy, BTW HOLY 6000 RPM AND STILL PULLING

I think you made some nice numbers with the mods on your truck.
It pulls really hard from 3000-5100 rpm. I also think it is one of the cleanest trucks I have seen...Good job.
It was nice meeting you and I am looking forward to seeing you again in the Covington area in the future....

thanks fellas. yeah Marc, it was a great time. always good to put names to a face. Much enjoyed watching Mike work his magic on the trucks. you've got a beautiful truck yourself, love that custom seatwork. hope Mike got those factory bugs out of your truck. yeah, I did some hefty cleaning last week after my truck sat at the Lexington Virginia horse center for 3 days of dusty gravel road traffic coming by it, and hay bales in the back! we made 14 drag races and 15 horse shows this year, all in the L. it really got a workout. time to rest for the winter but hoping to make at least one more trip down the 1/8th. i'll see you round next year for sure.

A little off topic here... I pulled up to a stop light in Roanoake and you were crossing the road infront of my truck. I thought about blasting you with the air horns, but I didnt want to scare your lady friends ... I assume you were going to the movie theatre.
