I see the battery is in the bed now. Any reason for mounting it so far forward???

Vinnie still hauls stuff in his bed, had to leave room, trust me if it were up to my Dad it would be a bigger battery in the middle and toward the rear more.

do you screw them right into the bed? i am going to mount my bottle tonight, but do not want to put a hole in the bed to mount it.
