pulley bolts

I'm a new lightning owner and just got a 4# pulley sent to me with no mounting bolts,(pulley to crank), can anyone tell me the size, grade and threat count.

In case you haven't put one on before you'll need a extended lever to brake the old one loose, jack it up and use your foot easier also, good idea to use some rtv blue on the threads so they won't vibrate loose on you . Goodluck!
