NEED HELP w/ PO171 code
i keep geting this engine code PO171 system too lean bank 1/ right bank lean
what would cause this and what could i do to fix it?
would it be bad o2 sensor,maf sensor,iat valve on upper plenum,vacum leak
i have a new iat 2 sensor, maf sensor
any ideas or suggestions would help thanks

I had that one and p0174, for months. Could not get rid of it to save my life!! Turned out to be a vacuum leak. The first thing I would do is check, and double check all your vacuum connections. Hopefully you will find one disconnected. Good luck!!

P.S. I believe a few people were melting a vacuum line behind the plenum I would check that too!
