Some Pic's of my new motor

For those with good eyes you may notice EVERYTHING is new, "and I mean everything", (brand new to be exact). AMOF thee only thing used from the original motor was the oil pan. (sad but true, maybe another time.....)

Some of you may have also noticed I've been all woo hoo'd out lately and actually quite calm cool and collective
(and patience), so this IS NOT just another Ronbo pic show. Yesterday I got to FINALLY see my Baby again and the new motor for the first time, so this is a special Ronbo pic show post, hehehehehe, and your dam right I'm excited, WOO HOO!!
hey schit I have to make some major life changes to do this, (another mortgage, I'm selling the mitsi-whateverthehellitis, giving up a few other things, bla bla bla)

SO THIS TIME YOU CAN BET YOUR SWEET *** "NO STONE" IS LEFT UNTURNED AND I'M GOING FOR THE GUSTO....

The best JDM has to offer

• New 2004 NVH Block
• Steel Crank (1000 HP)
• ARP Main Studs
• ARP Head Studs
• Manley Rods (900 HP)
• JDM Spec'd Pistons
• JDM Spec'd Bearing and Rings
• High Volume Oil Pump
• Ford Head Castings, CNC Ported to JDM Specs
• Stainless Steel Shim Head Gaskets
• 16 New Stainless Steel Valves
• 16 New Valve Guide Seals
• 16 New Lifters
• 16 New Cam Followers
• Titanium Retainers
• Factory Keepers
• Stage 2 Cams
• New Rear Main Seal
• 2 New Timing Chain Gears
• 2 New OEM Timing Chains
• 4 New Guides
• 2 New OEM Oil Tensioners
• 2 New Case-Hardened Guide Pins
• New Freezeout Plugs
• Blueprinted and Balanced
• (I also have a new Timing Case Cover and Valve Covers)

BTW for those that dont know NVH is a redesigned "reinforced" 5.4 engine block (noise, vibration and harshness), reduced engine noise by 3.1 decibels.
Up top Jim's using the new design heads, (I actually got a chance to see my original L head compared to the new head design and man there are some great improvements). Also doing a little something something special inside
and my heads have a new trick to the porting ; o )
Ok enough, on ward with the pictures....

THANKS JIM AND JDM....

Yep even has 04 Valve Covers on it

Newer casting design features lower end improvements to minimize noise, vibration, and harshness

Ford Motor Company’s research shows that its attention to powertrain refinement levels and engine sound quality is making a difference to customers. Ford engineers have made a significant number of improvements in noise, vibration and harshness (NVH).

The Improvements:
Redesigned engine block.
Engineers reinforced the engine block
And reduced overall radiated noise by 3.1 decibels.
