Post Moisture in tail lights

Does anybody else have moisture in their tail lights? I took mine into the dealership and they said this is normal and that there is a drain hole in the bottom of the lense to let the moisture out. Scott

Both of mine did it and my dealer replaced them. They also are replacing my cracked fog light. When I showed him the fog he said "Oh thats from water hitting the hot light" so along with CA I am getting it free....now to figure how I can get them to fill my tank....Oh well!

I have moistue in the right tail light,to be honest I just noticed a couple of days ago.So dealers are aware of it huh? and they are replacing them? How long did you have to wait to get it replaced/how long did it take for the light to come in?

I had my passenger side tail light lense replaced too because of condensation in the lense. No argument with the dealer. The service writer recommended replacement. It is a standard Ford part, so most likely they have at least one in stock. It takes only a few minutes to replace.

very, very, very simple. Unscrew the 2 bolts in the bed, slide the light out, twist off the 3 bulb plugs. VIOLA! your done.
