Call MTX@ 1-800-CALLMTX
They can offer a local dealer, any stereo shop that sells MTX should be able to order one for you. Also Circuit City should be able to get them for you, my local Circuit City employes idiots and didn't know how.
These Items are not usaully stocked, so they will have to be ordered.
Expect to pay: 329-369 Loaded http://www.mtxaudio.com/caraudio/f150regcab.cfm

The CD Changer studs where added in mid 99 model year ie a running change, so the MTX mule must have ben early 99->97, so I'm not pissed at them anymore. Studs are great for mounting stuff, fast on the line and secure, so I'm not mad they are there, I'm just working around them.
P.S. The shimming looks like it worked, we will see when its all put back together.

Hello all..

This is a question for Tampabay or anyone else who has installed the MTX Thunder forms box in their truck..

Since the speakers are facing forward directly into the back of the seats, do you feel excessive vibration while they are playing ? I know they will vibrate everything in the truck.. but I just wonder if you get a free back massage while you are driving.. I was going to go with Bazookas since they fire sideways instead of into the back of the seat..

Any comments ?

Much thanks.

For the "THUNDERHEADS", i watched in amazement this last weekend, as my teenage son, crammed a 2000watt system in his nissan xcab truck, back seat space, view out back glass, all history, needed an extra H.O. alternator and 2xta Optima yellow top batteries, wonder were he gets these "trucks must be modified" ideas

Cool

Poppa:

It'll jiggle your kidneys for sure!

Pacecar:

Amp is located on the floor under the pass. seat between the braces. Bolted down w/ stainless screw/bolts.

CD changer fits well mounted to the underside front of the seat on the l/h side.

I'll post a picture later due to the mass confusion.....
