Remember me, I'm the one driving around w/o the preditor manuel and programer... Got the TR6's, but do I need to change the thermostat to a cooler one possibly 170 or 160? I've read where some of you have but is it a requirement? Preditor 91 octane, 4lb'r w/KN.

 

Not a requirement, just a personal preference. I have installed 160* thermo's on both the '03 and '99. Living in deep south Florida was my motivator.

Thanks for the info. relieved once again. I am going to install a 170/160 soon just for safe keeping.
