HI!... Sharpshooter : I actually e-mail you a while ago to see what you used on yours, because I wanted to copy it. I got no response? No problem, I decided to go with the triple gauge pod instead.
I used DUPONT "PLAS-STICK" PART# A-2330S Plastics Adhesion Promoter
Then SEM PART# 39853 Texture Coating
Then SEM Dark Graphite plastic paint/dye for interior panels.
Then topped it with SEM clear coat for plastic interior panels.

Overtime your bondo will start to shrink due to heat and humidity Just something to watch for. After around 3 months you will want to recheck the part and fix any areas that have lifted of cracked. I find it's best to create a part like that and let it sit awhile before apply the final topcoat. Giving the bondo plenty of time to fully cure. Nice work!

HI!... TampaBlack99 : I didn't used any bondo at all. It's called PRO-FORM. It's a 2 piece flexable epoxy that is designed to be used on bumper cover/interior panels etc. It dries in 20 minutes and is extremely easy to sand. IMO 10 times better than fiberglass and faster to work with. This stuff will not shrink.

HI!... Thanks for the good comments! As I said in other posts here I didn't do the dash. I bought all the supplies and WRX triple gauge pod. Then I modified the gauge pod so that it looks like it popped up out of the dash. A buddy of mine MATT KARS of KARS INSTALLATION who does custom stuff like this did all the work. I have no patience for this stuff. All work with mechanical situations or aluminum/steel, but I had working with plastic and sanding. It took him about 20 hours to do it total and about 2 weeks I believe. When I go to change out dash's I think I'm going to get him to do another one for me to sell or to keep from a spare. He wants to start doing these for the F-150's. Good thing is, he's in CANADA and you YANK'S dollar goes farther here......... not much anymore but a bit farther! LOL!
