HI!... Anytime guys. Always eager to help. I'm going to order my AUTOMETER EGT, VOLT, and NITROUS PRESSURE gauges in a few weeks and then I will install the dash. I'll post pics after the install is done. I think I'm going to get the same guy to work on my radio surround also. I've currently got my INNOVATE MOTORSPORTS wideband A/F gauge in the RH/S A/C vent, via a aluminum plate. I think I'll get him to filled the vent hole in smooth and then hole saw it out for the gauge.

Started a similar dash project and tried to buy that PRO-FORM stuff. Seems they only sell it in the northeast. So, instead will build my dash project with these products bought at the local paint supply house. My goal is to do what you did, but flush mount the gauges so they don't stick out so far.
Figured it's time to move past using bondo.
On another board someone gave a very interesting tip. They said if you take abs pieces and place them into a metal can full of acetone it will melt them overtime. This goo can then be used to cement the gauge pod to the dash piece. Since both are made from abs, once the acetone evaporated the piece is pretty much one piece with no worries of cracking. Will try this out and report back soon.
