PSP slow shipping?

Has anyone else had a problem when they ordered something from
PSP out of long island-- I ordered a line lock a week ago and still have not got it.. I assumed it would be here in 3 days seeing it is so close to Ct.. Should I call them or just give it a few more days??/

They don't have a massive employee base...I think just Sal and Lisa, so they may just be busy...but if your nervous give them a call. I think I ordered some plugs from him last year and they got them to me pretty snappy!

They are good people. I wouldn't worry about it. If you are in a hurry give a call.

Sal fab's some of the parts and that might hold it up a few days,
just like any of the other vendors. But it REALLY worth it, cause it
fits like a glove.

relax

and give it some time. Sal is a smaller company and doesn't run and box something up as soon as you order it. There is no quoted shipping duration on their site or when you order something so I would say 7-10 days is a reasonable time ti wait. You could always go pick it up.

The line lock kit is nice though. I mean, you could buy the solenoid and make your own, but Sal gives you everything you need. I have bought 2 for me and my old man's truck. We took it off the truck and now have it on our Mustang.

We make the line locks in batches, mainly because one of the fittings has to be custom made, and we do them in batches of 20. And this time of year, they go fast because everyone is gearing up for spring. But we just got some more parts in, so I should be able to get a bunch of line lock orders out in the next day or so.

Oh, and thanks to everyone else for the kind words, it's much appreciated .

Ordered a custom tune from them more than a month ago - no reply. Ordered a Line lock about 3 weeks ago from their website (and restated my desire for the custom tune)....not even a confirmation email. Called to place the order, and was treated with excellent customer service - but never received an confirmation email, and still have not been billed, nor received the products....

Still waiting...

Lisa and I were actually just discussing your order. One of the line locks going out tomorrow is yours. Lisa asked if I ever sent you your tune. I did not recall anything about it. She checked on the computer in my saved mail as I did not show anything in my inbox from you, and there it was. I must have read it and not kept it saved to do the program. You will have the tune in the next day or so.
