Has anyone done or heard of someone doing a '04 + Interior swap in an L? I dont mean a complete swap just the seats and console. I figure since the newer models are substantially wider inside that using the '04up center console would be out of the question but mabey a'97-03 console? I havent been in the position to do any measuring on the two interiors as of yet.
Is this even possible or am I way off here? If anyone has pics that would be awsome.

Hes probaly talking about the 04 F-150 (not the heritage edition)

 

why bother. The dynamics of the new interiors are completely different. Without changing the dash, which won't fit, the seats or console would look lost.

In addition to my '04 L, I also have an '04 F150, exactly as pictured by Mr. Gadget. To be honest, the interior is not nearly as nice as my L. Specifically, although it's fancier-looking, the quality is not as nice. And the seats are HORRIBLE - do not even think about doing this swap.

As an example, my F150 is only one year old, and the color on the seats is already fading or coming off. Very poor quality.
