New 10.5" TD Converter working great!

Alan sent me his prototype for his new 10.5" triple plate converter back in november, but i haven't had any time to test it with the new motor and bar and everything

he said it is probably still about 4 months or so out of production (probably under a new name as well), but i wanted to let everyone know how it felt.

Ken from MD did some ride a long datalogging with me today to work on the converter tuning and datalog the new motor as well. The converter works great. It is a 3000 stall. Some say that 3000 is too much, but the drivability is nearly stock like. With the right lockup programming in such, you really can barely tell a difference other than 1st gear. Seems to hold the power with no problem.

I will be testing it at the track this friday unless rain keeps me out. I was cutting 1.63's on the stock converter with 6lb and 50 shot. I'll be heading out with a 10lb on the new motor along with a 75 shot. I am thinking this truck is gonna launch like a bat outta hell! lol

I'll update next weekend weather allowing
