For ZAINO experts
I just Zainoed my L, FANTASTIC.
I need some advise.
1) Should I use Claybar for the bugs and bird crap everyday and use Z6 to go over the spots?
2) I purchased towels as Zaino said BUT they are approx 4 feet long. Should I cut them in half to have two towels 2 ft by 2 1/2 or use the whole towel to buff?
Your expertise is needed.

I don't know if it's a good idea to use the claybar every day. I'm not an expert on Zaino, but I've heard that if improperly used, the claybar can result in some major swirl marks, so I would use it sparingly- I'd say twice a year at most, but that's just my opinion. For the bugs and bird
*****, I would recommend washing your L or at least 'spot-treating' it with a rag and some car soap, because both of those things will hurt your paint.
About the towels- I use my old 100% cotton Fieldcrest towels, and they do a good job. One thing to consider before you cut that towel in to two pieces is that cutting it will probably result in lots of lint and fibers, which will stick to your finish, and be quite noticeable, especially if you've got a black truck. It's up to you- good luck.

Yes, Zaino is great stuff. Been using all the products for six months and have been very pleased. If you just Zaino'd yours, then it's got a good protective layer. Clay bar now is most likely unnecessary. I just mist the occasional bug or birdcrap spots with the spray and let soak a little. It usually wipes right off with a clean towel after that. As far as the big towels go, I see no problem, as long as they are 100% cotton (Cannon or Fieldcrest) and you tear off the tag before using.

I read that you should also cut off the sewn edge as this will sctratch the finish. SAs far as the lint, just use a Hollywood duster after it has been waxed.
