Better late than never...I'm finally in the 11's

7037 was me.

Mods:
6#, PE, LT's, 50 Shot, 28x11.5, 2400 stall.Tuned by PSP. 4850lb

My 1st stab at it I lit the tires up, and ended up with a 13.3. Come to find out I was only warming up one tire.

On the next pass I had to back in the water box twice to get the pass side to start spinning. I also left from idle to prevent any spin. Well to my surprise I got a 11.9 second slip.

I'm waiting on the TA cover from a group purchase to get my TrueTrac in.

Congrats!

BTW; what color/what your truck look like? I was there all weekend with some friends, but didn't really talk to any L owners. Didn't see anyone/trucks I recognized or had a chance catch up to.

Casey my truck is a black '03. Had some 16x8 Baja on the rear. Looks pretty much stock, other than the custom gauge panel in the dash.

I ran the truck in some T&T, but had a friend run the bracket and T/S due to my problems with the tree

Ok; I remember standing at the fence watching true street and checking it out as it drove by.

I didn't know trucks had been allowed in true street. I got plans for FFW @NPR in 4 weeks now! I hated the TT class.

Congratulations Sharpshooter! Good run.
Casey02L, I was also in that class with a True Blue L and Sharpshooters truck was usually next to mine. That was a fun class. The drive was awesome. We drove through all the stop signs because the police had the intersections blocked off like a funeral.

Congrats Mike! I hope to be right there with ya when I can get on a big track.

Also...to the SC guys...Larry and Mike...Our broke and limping ship finally left the yard, so I'm on my way back to VA. As always, I'll miss Charleston, Low Country Dragway, and the southern hospitality and good times had with you guys. Hope to be back soon!

Cool; looked like a lot of fun. Glad to see they let the trucks run in the true street class. I hated the Truck class, and with the poor field of about 12 trucks I would say most people feel the same as me.

BTW; anyone know what happened to the truck on Sunday? I beleive it was black with a cage had a problem and they had to pull it off the track???
