Dang, that engine bay was filthy.
Good job on getting it cleaned up. I dont know how people can let an engine bay get like that. Ive always tried to keep the engine bay on all my cars as clean as i could.

Why would you buy a truck that looked like that under the hood??? I hope that's not a sign of how he drove it.

That is a hellova deal and that is one great job on the clean-up. It just worries me when I see engine bays like that. To me it's a sign that someone doesn't care about their vehicle. It's good to see that she's in the hands of someone who cares now...

Might want to go through and do some good maintenance on it - plugs, filters, belts, engine/tranny/rearend oil, etc. That's probably all it needs to be back in shape. Looks good!

yea i already replaced the filter with the JDM one (im not too happy but i wont get into that) found oil in the boot and throttle body, so im guessing its all in the blower and intercooler as well, so that will be a day in summer to break taht all down and clean it and put the oil seperator and breather in. the rest will all come in due time

Wow, that looks great. My experience was the exact opposite - engine was detailed when I bought it and I'm afraid I have let it slide a bit...
