Vacuum and Rear Main Bearing Noise...Yes

Well started pulling hoses off and when I get to the drivers side pcv valve I pulled it...Noise ceases. The noise is not at the hose but at the rear main bearing....So...there was a nice vacuum at idle on the valve cover. Since the pipe form this side goes to the Throttle Body hose..you know one of those three..For sure at idle there is a good vacuum ....on the valve cover. Turn the PCV around and stick it back in....Vacuum...All I need is a hose and filter and I can Vacuum the interior....

Plug the hose back in that is at the bottom rear of the intake manifold....You will probably have to pull the blower to do it.

you mean this hose?

I put a new one on last week...while I had the blower off....
I have pulled the pcv off the drivers side valve cover and just run it without a pcv valve......the line still runs to the intake hose before the throttle body...I think there was not a pcv on the drivers side originally..but think I added this as insurance against oil in the intake.....hell I could be wrong..
