Post Brake wear

As much fun as these trucks are to push to go pedal, mines a gas to stop. Was wondering what the averagelife span of the brake pads are? Iknow, I know, depends on how hard you use them, but average miles before redo. Thanks.

I checked my at 20,000 and there was 2/3 left according to a little gage they have at the dealership. Most of my driving is however, highway.

My 93 by contrast had its first front brake job at 20,000 and one every 20,000 thereafter.

I seem to be getting alot of brake dust on my wheels, especially after a day at the track. Is this normal for the gen 2?
