Question Fender wall height

Can someone do me a favor... go out to your Lightning and measure the distance (front and back wheels) from the ground up to the top of the fender wall for both tires?

Since I got my Lightning wheels for my F150 I've decided to drop my truck 2/4, but I also wanted to keep it fairly close to looking like a Lightning for my "Lightning SC" project Here's a pic that might help as to what I'm looking for:

Thanks,
Duke

TBL, I was measuring to the top of the inside wheel well. Next time I'll look at the diagram first. The corrected figures are now posted. According to your link, not much of a difference between stock and dropped L.

Boy, are you fast!

Man, between you and my wife, I hear that alot. LOL.

You're right, 1-1/2 " doesn't sound like much, but the ride is completely different.
Looks better even that much lower.

adp, thanks for the info.

I just measured my '00 F150 with chrome L wheels:

Left front 33 inches
Right front 32.75 inches

Left rear 33.5 inches
Right rear 33.5 inches

Very similar to your stock '99 L. I think the 2/4 drop will look nice, especially with those low-profile tires.

Thanks again for your help!!

Cool

Just measured mine!
30 inches in the front both sides and 31 inches in the rear both sides. No fractions here. Oh BTW I took off the trailer hitch it is being chrome plated. Did I tell you its been lowered.

I did the Roush lowering kit. In fact they did it at their engineering facility. If you do the "compar-o" with the other numbers cited here it looks like 2 inches all the way around from a stock Lightning.
