Thanks Marshie. I saw those too. Bit too "bling" for my taste (and too narrow!)

I can't even find standard tyres over here (295x45VR18). Everyone thinks I'm mad! "You've got that wrong mate! there's no such size listed!" Hence the search for 20" wheels and tyres

Maybe have to settle for some 295x30 18's but I'm wondering how hard the ride will be

Cheers

Paul

Your not trying hard enough then

Go to www.blackcircles.com They have 295/45/18 Goodyear F1's for 211 quid.
Cheaper than upgrading to 20's mate.

Give us a look on Rebel. There's quite a few Lightnings and harleys on there and we can usuaally point you in the right direction for stuff in the UK

Thanks for the info.

Have just found some for £203 each fitted. Looks like the Goodyears are the only ones around which is no bad thing - only the price!

I'll have a look at the Rebels site

Paul - sorry, I missed seeing this when you first posted. If you're in East Sussex, try SE Tyres. I'm near Heathfield, the SE Tyres shop there told me they can do Eagle F1s for around 200. http://www.setyresfastfitcentres.co.uk/centres.asp

That's where I work; I sometimes take the truck (Black '01), but not too often as there is a $15 congestion charge for driving into central London
