(FSS) Lund/Auto Ventshade/Trailmaster present 'SUMMIT TRUCKFEST 2000' - Trucks only! Drag race! Truck Show! Mini Rubicon!

To make this happen:
We need a rep to talk to Norwalk about a drag racing Class. (High Risk?)
We need a rep to talk to Norwalk about a Lightning Truck Show class. (Some owners don't race or maybe more intrested in the Show)
Maybe a sponser or some other way to have prizes / awards.
Shirts?
Get the word out. Make Flyers? (any Graphic artists?)

I'm going to make some phone calls tomarrow.
I figured the sooner the better. If we can get an idea of the number that are going to be there it may be easier to hustle some sponsers. I'll get a hold of you this week.

I returned my temp chip to sal and havent recieved my dual chip back yet.I was hoping this would arrive before i left for PA but i guess not.I wanted to test on some of the tracks back home but it'll have to wait.I will however meet you and other L owners at Norwalk.

 

c'mon guys and gals, we could use a better turn out.

I must still get approval from Mrs. Speedin Bob as she will more than likely not attend.

Anything from Sal if he will be there (chippage for Speedy?!?!?!?!)

No Racin for me, unless i obtain chippage that weekend, just for the show and to finally meet some fellow Gen 2 brethren.

I'll bring my 60 qt cooler! and maybe a grill.

If you can get an arrangement for the L class, maybe they can set up some flyers and we could distribute them at the local track to the L and truck owners. Maybe we can get a better turnout!
