Leather seating

Has anyone here had their factory seats recovered in leather ? i cant switch the seats out for bucket because i often carry my children around . i looked on Katzkins site but was unsure those would fit the L. my driver seat is trashed from the seat foam breaking down.

if you have pics would be great.

btw i did search but only found a few pics of the bucket/console mod.

With the sorry side bolters of the stock seats, if you recover them in smooth leather, you will slide around like crazy.

You know i didnt even think about that, but i dont autocross or road race like you do Mr. Tim so it might be something i can live with. Though i would love to road race. The few of you that do, make it look easy and fun, though i know it isnt easy and it cost a few pennies to get to where you are. Anyways i would love to see more pictures of leather interior. Thanks !

You can still use smooth leather for most of the seat with the inserts (what is black on the stock seats) done in some non-slippery material - suede, textured leather, cloth, whatever.

Man you really know how to hurt a guy Rich (white01). If you only knew how many times I have kicked myself in the @ss for selling that truck...it only had 10,000 miles on it, but I just had to have that Cobra...
Back to the seats. They were not slippery as some may believe.
